Joanna I ordered this item very excitedly in July. I purchase a lot of Hallmark ornaments and was the most expensive one I have ever ordered. I played it twice and then it kind of scared my dog so I did not use the remote again, and just let it cycle through the lights. At some point, it stopped cycling through the lights and went to steady green. I was not so worried, until my family showed up for Christmas and I tried to play it for them. It did not respond. While it came with new batteries, I bought new ones again, and they did not work. I put back in the original batteries. I changed the orientation of the batteries. I unplugged the unit for an hour and tried again. In desperation, I called Hallmark. They told me it's a 90 day warranty and I am out of luck. Sadly, I have never seen anything with such poor quality control. I paid 150 dollars and pressed the remote twice, and then it died sometime between that usage and now. It has sat untouched on shelf and was not exposed to heat or cold or any strange conditions. I love buying Hallmark ornaments for myself and my family but this is very sadly going to be the last time. Yes, it's been 5 months, but two uses and then it not working means something in their manufacturing is amiss. Everyone packs up ornaments for months at a time each year and brings them out for usage at Halloween and Christmas. This will happen to others. I do not trust Hallmark QC anymore.

Cristina Pena I LOVE it! There is so much detail. The lights, the classic voice. It interacts with my other haunted mansion ornaments. It's awesome.

Frank Deliago If you’re at Disney fan this is a must have for every collector it’s beautifully done, and the music is so coordinated with the other ornaments that it’s like you’re actually taking the ride in the haunted mansion. I look forward to additional ornaments for this collection.
