Prices shown on our Site are for online purchases. In-store pricing may vary. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we determine that a product was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or other error in pricing information.
By placing an order through our Site, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is true, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout.
Standard flat shipping rate is $7.95 within the 48 continental U.S. states. Free in-store pickup is available at our Fremont Hub location. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Steve's Hallmark offers an optional SMS text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Steve's Hallmark, you agree to the following terms.
Steve's Hallmark sends text messages to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Messages may include transactional updates (such as special order notifications and pickup reminders) and marketing messages (such as promotions and exclusive offers).
You may only be enrolled in our SMS program by voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form. By doing so, you consent to receive text messages from Steve's Hallmark at the mobile number you provide. Your consent to receive SMS messages is separate from any email marketing consent and is not required to make a purchase or use our services.
Message frequency varies. You may receive transactional messages as needed related to your orders or special requests, and periodic marketing messages from time to time.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Steve's Hallmark is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier in connection with receiving our text messages.
You may opt out of receiving text messages from Steve's Hallmark at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Steve's Hallmark. Opting out of SMS does not affect your email subscription or any other communication you have consented to separately.

Steve's Hallmark will not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used solely to communicate with you directly on behalf of Steve's Hallmark.
Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary. Steve's Hallmark and the wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By providing your email address through our newsletter signup, you consent to receive marketing emails from Steve's Hallmark, including information about new products, promotions, and store news. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email we send. You may continue to receive transactional emails related to your orders even after unsubscribing from marketing emails.
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Steve's Hallmark or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written consent.
The Hallmark name, crown logo, and related trademarks are the property of Hallmark Cards, Incorporated. Their use on our Site and in our store is pursuant to our status as an authorized independent Hallmark retailer.
